I took a train with one of my aunts from Potsdam to Copenhagen to see my cousin and her family who live there. Instead of going through an underwater channel, we actually took an eco friendly ferry. Actually, it was the train that went on the ferry... Yeah, it was kind of mindblowing to realize that the train compartment was on a ferry.
Scandinavia is a nice and relaxing place where everyone's health and education is taken care of via the government. Of course, this means taxes are astronomically high and everything is really expensive. I suppose on a more personal note, it's also a bit too liberal for my tastes.

My cousin's gorgeous cat. Too bad he hated everyone. Look at the death in his eyes. |

Left: hot goat cheese salad. I must give the photo idea credit to my creative aunt who suggested this composition. Right: furniture design is a big deal in Denmark (along with Legos), so we checked out a few really cute and creative furniture museums/exhibitions. |

I love the design of these bathroom signs. |

One of the many chairs from the Design Museum. |

This car was parked in front of a castle in order to pick up a newlywed couple. Faaancy. |

Left: heart-shaped desks. Right: chrome little merman (we didn't get to see the famous little mermaid). |
