roasted duck

  1. Bought a duck. 
  2. Stuffed it. 
  3. Bathed it in hot sugar water.
  4. Let it sit in the fridge for 3 days. 
  5. Baked it. 
  6. Enjoyed the fragrance of duck.
  7. Ate it. 

Conclusion? Tasted pretty good, but it was too greasy. Now I know it's not worth the effort and it's way easier to just buy one and have someone else do all the messy chopping for you.
